In China, for a long period of time, it seemed that the only shortcut to success for suppliers is low prices. Only cheap products would be popular, and only factories which can offer low prices products will attract buyers. Even now, price is still crucial.
However, with the development of economic, more and more factories are springing up. In order to fight their way out, many suppliers reduce their products price to the base line of profitability, which will lead to many problems during the actual production process, such as reduce the raw material standards, the production process, or even worsen, lower the working environment of workers.

So how to choose high-quality suppliers?
1. Don't assume that unprofitable orders to suppliers are good for us.
Mutual benefit is the way to survive, they can make small profits and quick sales, but when their profits nearly equal to their cost, it is not a good thing. They will try to earn money by other ways, maybe as mentioned earlier, cutting corners...You get what you pay for.
Therefore, in terms of our own customers, we do not always lower price only to get orders. There are always be lower prices in China. But we shall offer best price we can with good quality toys.
2. Timeliness of the factory
In the production of the product, the actual process will encounter a variety of small problems which may slowing production process. People who have not involved production may have no idea, they always assume there will be 100% no problem occurs.
When excellent toy suppliers give production time schedule to buyers, they will leave 5-7 days or more to deal with accident may happen. Taking everything into consideration, for example, holidays, delivery time of samples.

When Weijun found that raw materials might rise, we informed the customer and ask them whether to purchase raw materials in advance for this year's orders to avoid potential loss.
4. Innovation of the factory
When choosing supplier, whether the supplier is innovative in industry is important too.What toys are likely to be popular, do market research in advance, seize business opportunities and share them with customers.
