Sometimes people think things very simply. Take a small flocking toy for example. Some people may say what's so difficult about it? But it takes a lot of complicated processes to make a qualified flocking toy.
1.Injection of head, hands, feet and other parts; 2. Cleaning the parts with water and cooling them in the oven; 3. Stitching iron needles on wooden sticks, and then putting the parts on the iron needles one by one; 4. Spraying a layer of glue with a big spray gun; 4. Putting them in an electrostatic box; stepping on the switch of the flocking machine with your feet to make the flue directly stick to the glue; 5. Putting them in the baking room. The more colors, the more processes, and the more trouble.
After painting, assemble the head, body, hands and feet. Be careful in the assembly process. If you are not careful, the flull will fall down, and it won't be beautiful. Wash it before flocking. Plant the fluff and put it in PP bags to ensure the goods are clean. If it is dirty, it will be difficult to clean it up, so it takes dozens of processes to make a flocking toy figure.
