That means once the prototype is approved, you can expect your order to be ready for shipment within 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. We usually accept a minimum order of 50,000 units per order for plush toys. However, if you have specific customization requirements, we can adjust the minimum order quantity (MOQ). Plush Toys Manufacturing Process at Weijun Factory
Step 1: Prototyping
We will work with you to create a 3D prototype of the plush toy and make a sample. We'll send it to you for review.
Step 2: Pre-Production Sample (PPS)
A final sample is made to confirm design and quality before mass production.
Step 3: Fabric Making & Cutting
After selecting and, if necessary, custom-dyeing fabrics, we cut them into the required shapes and sizes.
Step 4: Sewing
The fabric pieces are stitched together, leaving an opening for the stuffing.
Step 5: Stuffing
The plush toys are filled through the hole to achieve the desired softness or firmness.
Step 6: Quality Control
Make sure toys are defect-free before packaging.
